Standalone Hjem on Linux distros outside of NixOS

While #4 fixed this issue on darwin by adding nix-darwin support, I'd still like to use hjem on a Linux machine that doesn't have NixOS on it.

Not very urgent for me but I'll definitely use it when it's working.

As much as I'd love to see standalone support, based on #4 (comment), I don't think it's happening anytime soon, if at all.

That said, the state of the world could've changed since then, I'm a mere observer.

Due to the surprisingly high demand for standalone, and the fact that we'd like SMFH (and therefore Hjem) to be a gateway drug to Nix we have agreed that Hjem standalone should happen at some point in time.

Systemd service reload/restart triggers were the final big task we had on the backlog. Standalone is failrly more complex, but it is likely the next item on the agenda.
