Add ra/dec meta info to the output of gtpsf

The tool `gtpsf` takes the `ra` and `dec` parameters for the position of the PSF. However in the output FITS file this info is not present. Thus the information on where the PSF was computed on the sky is lost. It would be good to keep it...
