Add PID to Transactions #1
Description
Add player IDs to the transactions CSV so we can tell the Brandon Marshalls apart.
Since PID is blank for draft picks, consider splitting "Player/Pick" into "Player Name" and "2015 Draft Pick" in order to be clearer.
