Implement a way to standardise outputs

Technical specifics

We need a way to standardise the output of a job. Something similar to the default transform on normal jobs where the json status is appeneded to the end of every script.

This will allow us to handle jobs that have text output, file output, no output. And be able to display it in the frontend.
