feat: Row hiding feature

Is it now possible to hide a single row?
For example, I can set up a button on the view, and when pressed, some rows will be hidden.

The current fork doesn't have built-in support for hiding specific rows (or custom row visibility logic).

The closest thing I know of in the official Avalonia.Controls.TreeDataGrid is the Filtering API. You can provide a predicate that decides whether a row should be shown or hidden. In this fork we don't have filtering implemented yet. I do have a working (but messy) version in one of my private projects. If there's real interest, I can clean it up and add it to the fork.

Thanks for the reply, and thank you for creating this great fork! I've since switched to another library called ProDataGrid. The main reason is that it supports defining columns directly in XAML, which fits better with the MVVM pattern I'm used to.
