Merge code from JeannetteVroum/IDArling #78
Description
https://github.com/JeannetteVroum/IDArling was created to work around lots of limitations in the previous IDArling versions, such as adding a way to manage users/permissions (with a web server).
I didn't get a chance to test it yet but it was forked from the current repository so merging it should be doable without too much pain.
If anyone wants to do it, please do so and we'll review the PR...
