Maintenance of Filer

I'm not able to continue maintaining Filer.  It was a critical piece of various projects I did with Mozilla, but I'm not using it anymore.  I'm wondering whether to archive the repo, hand it off to someone else, or do nothing?

At the very least, I'm going to stop work on it personally.
