Build flutter apk failed for version ^0.9.3+8

I am currently using firebase_ml_vision with the version ^0.9.3+8, and trying to do flutter build apk but getting failed and here is the log

The build failed likely due to AndroidX incompatibilities in a plugin. The tool is about to try using Jetifier to solve the incompatibility.
Building plugin firebase_ml_vision...
The plugin firebase_ml_vision could not be built due to the issue above.

I have been trying to upgrade the version of firebase_ml_vision to 0.10.0 and when I start to build the apk it needs

1. Could not find the firebase_core FlutterFire plugin, have you added it as a dependency in your pubspec?
2. compileSdkVersion is not specified.

so I add firebase_core: ^0.7.0 to my yaml file and use targetSdkVersion 29, classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.5.0', and distributionUrl=https\://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-5.6.2-all.zip but I still failed to build apk, is there a way to solve this?
