Add PHP-Shell

Have you ever considered adding PHP-Shell to the Debug toolset?
Occasionally one might be unable to access a proper shell application, whilst having to check something on the server and/or filesystem.
If we'd implement something like http://phpshell.sourceforge.net/ an admin with the corresponding rights could access the server from the shop-admin backend quickly whenever needed.

We could start with a basic implementation where one would have to enter shell Username:Password to enter the phpshell and upgrade the functionality to allow ip white/blacklists and cert auth.
