UI related issues with GUI redesign Windows build #680
Description
These are what has been discovered by @nwagenbrenner.
- WindNinja icon for the app is not displaying. This could be an issue with how the installer is packaging the icons during compilation.
- The splash screen is not appearing on Windows. The delay for displaying the splash screen is still present, so there may just be an implementation issue in Qt.
