categraf到底怎么开启特定插件？

AI说直接config.toml取消注释，问题是categraf里的config.toml根本没有这些input开头的配置。我直接在conf里创建inputs.xxx的配置目录也是无效的。
另外参考快猫星云和各文档，都是说插件怎么怎么配置，
所以到底在哪去配置扩展插件?
