Sorry it was a bit unclear in the README. I've updated the definition in README to try to make it clearer, ie.

Sensor net_power expresses negative value in Watts for power exported to grid, or positive value for power imported from grid.

So the answer to your question is "No". It is the net power for the household, which already includes everything.
