Project Software License?

Hello Flavio,

I was wondering if this code is published under any particular license. I could assume it's public domain but I don't want to just assume; especially when GitHub makes it so easy to declare what license the software is published under. Could you put a license file in the code? I also see this code in the Hacktoberfest-2018 Hello World app here but you aren't the one who put the code there and that project seems to be published under MIT which makes what license your code actually is confusing.
