Describe the bug

After installing on Windows 11 using WinGet, Matcha cannot load the English language file. This results in the application displaying string identifiers instead of translations.

To reproduce

1. Start matcha (matcha)
2. Observe missing translations
3. Quit matcha
4. Observe error message in terminal

Expected behavior

Translations should be present
