DisplayListener has only on method as onDisplayed. onClosed method has gone.

Hey florent37, Thanks for the library . I am having issues while using this library. when i set the dispplay listener it has only onDisplayed method but your reference code has two methods.. can you tell me issue of it.

Use version 2.2.8 instead of 2.2.7
He forgot to update the readme I think. onClosed is existed in version 2.2.8
