Automatic Generation of Input and Output definitions

Currently, defining input and output definition files (`input_topics.yaml` and `output_topics.yaml` at the moment) for training a model are separated for deploying a model.

Suggestion:
Either use same files for both, or let the model generate these two files for deployment
