As we check for "optional" stuff such as a dynamic storage provisioner and default storage class, we could check for more day-2 settings that would be typical of a "ready" cluster such as having an IdP, and possibly one that is NOT htpasswd.
Would a local storage provisioner (there are many of them) and MetalLB be similar checks? There are not as generic as provisioner and IdP.
