When simulating the experiments in Malik Chami's (2015) paper, why do the simulation results differ even though all conditions are the same? #59

These are the conditions of my simulation, but the results are inconsistent with the original paper. Did I miss any conditions? I imitated the content of Chapter 4 in the paper OSOAA: a vector radiative transfer model of coupled atmosphere-ocean system for a rough sea surface application to the estimates of the directional variations of the water leaving reflectance to better process multi-angular satellite sensors data over the ocean for simulation. These are the conditions of my simulation, but the results are inconsistent with the original paper.
Solar zenith angle (SZA): 30°
Aerosol model: Shettle-Fenn maritime model (RH=98%)
Aerosol optical thickness (AOD@550nm): 0.2

Mineral particle concentration: 0
Seafloor albedo: 0 (pure black bottom)
Simulation wavelength: 443 nm (band with high scattering characteristics)
Wind speed gradients: 7 m/s
Refractive index: 1.05
Junge particle size distribution index: 4
Measurement height: 0+ height above sea level
