[Feature Request] Option to make files writable on save

Currently when saving a file on Windows that is marked as read-only, you will get an error [couldn't save file]. This is a problem if you work a lot with perforce which marks files read-only. Having an option to automatically make the file writable when saving would be very useful, or/and a command to make current file writable.
