Build out UI for Settings Page

## Description
Settings Page currently contains the coming soon component. It should now contain the actual UI for the page. On the settings Page, the user should be able to:
1. Change their Profile Information
2. Turn on and turn off Email Notifications
3. Delete Their Profile
