Audio playback at max volume after reloading video (Windows 11)

When launching the application and then playing a video, a reload causes the audio to play at max volume. This does not happen after the volume slider is used as far as i know. Currently I have only noticed this when reloading a video.

Reproduce:

1. Open the application
2. Open a video
3. Change volume to 0
4. Close application
5. Open application
6. Open a video
7. Press reload
8. It now plays sound at max volume

Weird. I can still reproduce it today

For some reason the recording volume is very low with OBS for me. But if you turn up the volume you will be able to hear it.

We cannot reproduce this on Windows 10. So it only seems to affect Windows 11.
