So, I've been looking at the binary a bit, and it seems those are the currently supported SKUs:

0CB2
0CB3

tricking the binary into thinking the platform is supported:

mkdir /tmp/id
echo 0cb2 > /tmp/id/product_sku
mount -o bind /tmp/id/ /sys/class/dmi/id/

[root@fedora ~]# FoxFlss -f Check_RF_SSKU
Your platform 0cb2 support FccLock!
Unlock Fcc Success!
There is no matched System SKU

I could get the modem to connect:

If you want to modify the binary for persistance:

sed -i -e '0,/0CB2/{s/0CB2/0CBE/}' /usr/bin/FoxFlss

Hi Ahoiahoi,
That means platform 0CBE is not official supported in Linux platform.
Once you set a wrong SKU ID, it may lead to this tool write a wrong tuner table into device. That may lead to DW5932e not work.
It's not recommended to trick the system since it may damage the modem devices.

I need support for 0CD3. What about all the Dell variants that carry these newer Foxconn cards? They are essentially useless without the ability to unlock the modem. We have a large quantity of Dells with Linux, and we need the modems to be functional.

I can't add these platforms which Dell does not support officially. I believe that 0CD3/0CBE is a Windows only platform.

Tuner table is a modem RF related settings. One platform ID matches one RF settings. Wrong RF settings may lead to RF to an abnormal status. And you will lose this modem network ability. Can you contact with Dell to see if Dell will provide any suggestion?
