The tool [cpack](https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/module/CPack.html) supports reading lha but not writing. I would like to implement this... or do you have a roadmap for write support? BTW the name was already taken https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lhasa_(computing).
