Feedback widget needs to be redone.

Currently the poor rating is on the right, and good rating is on the left, which is not intiutive.

@nehasan16 I agree that the feedback widget needs to be redone, and after working on a local prototype I think the problem is broader than just the rating order.

Right now the widget gives a lightweight page-level signal, but for documentation workflows it still leaves a lot of ambiguity for editors. A maintainer may know that a page was “not helpful,” but still not know which section or which exact text needs to be revised.

I’ve been prototyping a redesign locally with the following goals:

• keep simple page-level feedback in the footer
• add hover-only “Suggest edit” on section headings
• add “Comment on selection” when text is highlighted
• capture contextual feedback metadata such as:
  • page route / URL
  • section id / section title
  • selected text
  • issue type
  • optional contact email

The reason I think this belongs in core is that it makes the wiki much more collaborative and makes documentation revisions easier to execute. Instead of vague feedback, maintainers get actionable feedback tied directly to the content that needs to be updated. This is especially valuable when customers or internal readers are reviewing procedural docs and want maintainers to fix content quickly.

I can share screenshots / recordings from the local prototype and open a PR for this direction.

Would you prefer this as:

1. a single PR for the widget redesign, or
2. a smaller PR first for footer feedback redesign, followed by a second PR for contextual section/selection feedback?
