APA event type and ribosomes #53

Dear Contributors,

Thank you for your efforts on this wonderful APA analysis tool.

My question is, how could the behaviors of ribosomes change in each APA event type?

My naïve speculation is below.
last_exon_extension → just an extension of 3'UTR, and thus the behavior and ribosomes would not change.
last_exon_spliced → normal RNA processing, and no abnormal ribosome behavior would be observed.
first_exon_spliced / internal_exon_spliced → no stop codon between mRNA sequences and polyA, and ribosomes would enter polyA sequences.
first_exon_extension / internal_exon_extension → ribosomes would read abnormal extended sequences and polyA sequences

I would appreciate your expertise!
