svn version of CONSUME is currently dependency #19

When installing goorbo, this currently results in the following:

svn: E160013: '/soolar/CONSUME.ash/trunk/RELEASE' path not found: 404 Not Found (https://github.com)
Something went wrong while fetching svn directory info
Done.
Cloned project frazazel-goorbo-release
I believe it would make sense for goorbo to install/check for the git version instead of svn for CONSUME.
(Sorry, I'd put in a PR myself but I wasn't sure of what all needed to be updated--whether that was just dependencies.txt or something more)
