Ghost / spy: read-only or public per platform; no direct write to protected branches without account tier.
- Default execution mode: continuous rounds.
- Rule: once a round's deliverables are complete, proceed immediately to the next round.
- No approval pause by default: round gates are completion checks, not stop points.
- Exception: pause only when a task explicitly requests a stop/approval checkpoint, or when a data-loss/high-risk blocker appears.
