Multiple definitions of "dimension_cuspforms" inside "MySubgroup"

The function "dimension_cuspforms" is defined twice inside "mysubgroup.py":

Is there a reason for implementing it this way? Because for me it leads to race conditions...

There is absolutely no reason but it shouldn't be any race condition since the last defined method will have priority in Python (at least up to 3.8 I think - I haven't checked later)
