Portuguese translation #245
Description
I believe it would be interesting and helpful to have a Portuguese translation of this document.
I saw the French issue that was opened a few years ago and I am not sure how much progress was made there.
I plan to start a branch with the translation and structure to support other languages if people think it would be helpful.
