Consider remnaming Journalist Interace/Admin Interface #784
Description
After moving to a Qubes/SecureDrop Workstation only set up, the Journalist Interface is mostly vestigial/a fallback for Journalists (how exactly this shakes out is undecided). It will still be required for use by Administrators, and is likely mostly going to be accessed by Administrators.
I don't think we should rename it the "Admin Interface", but I think it would help clarify the documentation if we referred to it as the "Journalist/Admin Interface". It's not great, but I think it's better than constantly telling the Administrator to use the Journalist Interface. There is already at least one place in the documentation where it is referred to as such.
