Tor Browser compatibility epic

This one to track issues and progress towards Tor Browser compatibility. In the current state, it does not work and has to be debugged.

It seems like IndexedDB use for extensions is restricted in TBB:

Uncaught (in promise) Error: Error opening database: A mutation operation was attempted on a database that did not allow mutations.

In theory, the list is small enough to keep it in memory. We also could investigate browser storage, or file storage. We should probably talk to the TBB team to see which measures the want to keep for anti forensics reasons before making further changes.

So IndexedDB by default writes to disk because it could store large files and the risk of OOM is high.

It seems like Firefox now should have IndexeDb in private mode but not in the version used by tbb yet? Still digging in this
