Terminal settings are only apply after a restart

Describe the bug

While debug #749 I figure out that changes the terminal binary in Settings does not have any affect unless FreeLens is closed and reopen again. A cluster reconnect would not help here.

Reproduction steps

1. Open a Cluster
2. Start a Terminal to a pod
3. In settings, changes the path to a terminal
4. Start another terminal again.

Expected behavior

The changes in setting should have an effect without restarting Lens - or a warning should be displayed.
