Customizable shortcuts

People are saying Ctrl+Enter is conflicting with Firefox on Mac. Perhaps it's time to allow customizing the shortcuts. I see it as simple optional config file that you can put in the folder.

Makes sense. Ctrl+Enter colliding with Firefox's default behavior on Mac is annoying. At the moment there's a single shortcut hardcoded in index.html: e.ctrlKey && e.key === 'Enter' for save. The HTML is already served through a template substitution pattern ({{FAVICON}} gets replaced at startup), so injecting user config the same way would be straightforward. Am I understanding this correctly?

I'd suggest a textpod.toml in the working directory alongside notes.md. That's how tools like Helix handle it (https://docs.helix-editor.com/configuration.html). Something like save = "Cmd+Enter" under a [shortcuts] section. Backend reads it on startup, injects the parsed shortcuts into the HTML via a new template variable, and the JS maps modifier names (Ctrl, Cmd, Alt, Shift) to their KeyboardEvent properties. If no config file, current defaults apply, so things stay fully backwards-compatible.

I'd keep the config format open to any shortcut, but only wire up save for now. Let me know if you'd want more covered in the first pass.
