Failed to initRuntime - Exception: Failure loading DAC: Create DAC instance failed

Hello

I've been trying to open up a dump file in MemoScope v1.0.0.222 (x64), but get the following exception:
"Failed to initRuntime - Exception: Failure loading DAC: Create DAC instance failed 0x80131c39"

I am running MemoScope as admin and the dump file comes from a .NET Framework 4.6.1 application. Also, opening the file in WinDbg works.
