Issues While Publishing

1. There is no classification whether a circuit is made in Arduino on cloud or eSim on Cloud.
2. If a circuit is created we don't need to save new Image while publishing.
3. If the original circuit is deleted the published circuit also needs to be deleted.
4. If the original circuit is updated we need some way to update published circuit after going through the review process again.
