Converting via to bendpoint leaves a gap #4287
Description
Current Behaviour
When converting a via to a bendpoint a gap is left in the wire attached to the via.
The gap closes when the wires or the bendpoint are moved around.
On standard 24mil traces, the gap is not effectiv, the trace ends still overlap.
On 8mil and 12mil traces, the gap separtes the traces.

Expected Behaviour
The wires should immediately connect without requiring further interaction.
