Description
Current Behaviour
As discussed here: https://forum.fritzing.org/t/1-0-6-issues-with-traces-being-treated-as-one/33493/3
connect a trace from one resistor to an other resistor,
connect a trace from another resistor to the first
attempt to take trace one to the back
both traces went to the back. ???!!! Selecting one trace, selects both!!!
A fritzing file and screen shot are included in the discussion linked above.
Build:
Version 1.0.6
(1.0.5rc1-97-g04e5bb02 2025-10-07) 64 [Qt 6.5.3]
Operating System:
Linux, ubuntu 24
Steps to reproduce:
connect 4 elements ( header -> resistor -> resistor -> header) in series, observe the traces behave as if they were one trace.
Expected Behaviour
Each trace remains independent.
Sometimes after deleting both traces and beginning from scratch, you can get trace one places, directly send it to the back and create trace 2 on the other layer. Sometimes.
