rotating a part doesn't rotate its label

I could argue this is a feature rather than a bug. However, when rotating a board, part labels should be rotated along. This is separate issue #1623 .

I just installed the 0.8.6 (b01.18) release of Fritzing, and have noticed that rotating a part also rotates the label, in both the Schematic and PCB views (but not the Breadboard view), so it appears that this issue has been mostly "fixed".

However, this new behavior seems more like a bug to me, because I want all my labels to be right-side-up in the Schematic view. Now, every time I rotate a part, I have to rotate its label back the way it was. If I rotate a part 180 degrees, I almost never want its label to become upside-down. In 0.8.6, horizontal and vertical flip, thankfully, do not seem to flip labels around in any view.

In the PCB view, I can see it being useful to automatically rotate labels along with the parts, but again I would prefer that behavior not be forced upon me.

It would be great if this were configurable on a per-view basis, like the "Curvy wires and legs" option is now (under Edit > Preferences). Perhaps a new checkbox for "Rotate labels along with parts"?
