Gregorio uses <b>, <i>, and <sc> tags to mark bold, italic, and small cap text, so it seems natural that exsurge should support these as well. Also, <alt> for above lines text would be nice as well. (see [here](http://gregobase.selapa.net/chant.php?id=181) for example usage.)
