Feature request: add all highlights to a single note

Hello,
would it be possible to have an options that dumps all highlights (from a search) in a single note?
I'm used to highlight and tag stuff i will need later on raindrop, and i'd like a way to dump everything i have highlighted about # tag to quickly and easily read what i've gathered so far. Bonus points if it can add a source to each highlight so that i can go check the full text.

Thanks for this feature request — and apologies for the delayed response. I let the project sit idle for too long without communicating, which isn't cool when users take time to suggest improvements.

Your use case makes total sense: Aggregating highlights by tag into a single review note is a natural workflow for research and studying. The "bonus points" request for source links is noted — that would be essential for traceability.

Thoughts on implementation:

• A new command: "Aggregate Highlights by Tag"
• Search Raindrop for items with a specific tag + highlights
• Generate a single note with all highlights, grouped by source, with backlinks

Where this fits: It's a solid power-user feature. I need to finish some maintenance first (clearing the issue backlog), but I'm adding this to the roadmap.

No timeline promises yet, but I'm back on the project and actively triaging. Thanks for the suggestion — this kind of feedback helps shape what the plugin becomes.

After researching this a bit, I've confirmed that this feature request is both feasible and a highly valuable addition to the plugin.

• The raindrop API supports searching across all collections (using collectionId=0).

• The search parameter supports the type:highlight operator, which filters for bookmarks containing highlights.

• Combined with tag searching (#tagname), we can precisely target the data needed: search=#tag type:highlight.

• Each RaindropItem returned contains the highlights array with text, notes, and metadata.

The plugin already possesses the necessary utilities for file and folder management so a single aggregated note can be generated by iterating through the search results and concatenating the highlights into a unified Markdown string.

Backlinks can be provided using the Raindrop source URL or by linking to existing Obsidian notes if they were previously imported.
