MathSAT installation doesn't work on windows

The download URL for windows archives was changed with version 5.6.11 (msvc was removed from the URL)

Whoever ends up resolving this issue: could you please add some unit tests to smtlib-cli to try and install the solvers' latest version?
Also, this is just needing to remove the mvsc from here:

These versions are for encoding these kind of changes, e.g., from 5.6.12, we don't need msvc. Try to find the last one where it was still the case, then add a new versions entry (in order!) to detect that from then on, we don't need this string in the version.
