feat: 初始化LeetCode 215题算法可视化项目
- 使用React+TypeScript+D3.js技术栈 - 支持两种解法：排序和快速选择 - 支持四种编程语言：Java、Python、Go、JavaScript - 实现分步骤动画演示 - 支持播放/暂停/上一步/下一步/重置控制 - 支持播放速度调节和进度条拖拽 - 支持自定义输入和随机数据生成 - 支持画布缩放和拖拽 - 添加算法思路弹窗 - 添加微信交流群悬浮球 - 添加GitHub Star展示 - 配置GitHub Actions自动部署
