QUOTA_BYTES quota exceeded - do some wikidata entries return too much?

When looking at webpages (on chrome version 0.338) it seems a little too much for wdfw and it just sits at a white page, for example looking at https://librecad.org/ I have brought up the dev console and it has the error "QUOTA_BYTES quota exceeded", looking at what the URL it is retrieving it is bringing back it's 1.09 MB (1,151,137 bytes) of data.
