strokes not registered near the bottom edge

When writing close to the bottom edge, the strokes are not registered unless I press hard (I installed the filter size 8).
I was also getting occasional delays, but they are not easy to reproduce.

I don't have this behaviour at all. I don't see how this filter can affect this.

That happened on my rm2 even without recept. The hardware seems to be not very sensitive near the bottom edge, especially in the corners.
