Chocolatey package publication

Hi! I noticed you didn't have a choco package for this great piece of software, so I went and made one myself.

Repo: https://github.com/mrbungie/granted-choco
Choco package (being verified right now): https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/granted/0.38.0
Command (to be run with powershell/cmd with admin rights or prefixing gsudo): choco install granted

I have no problems whatsoever giving up the repo control once it is verified, though it may need some final corrections in its behaviour.
