Not working in Sharkey

Currently trying to get this to work with Sharkey. The fake relay starts up, but the logs say System.Threading.Tasks.TaskCanceledException: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 2 seconds elapsing. Sharkey gets stuck on pending:

Cannot tell if Misskey/Sharkey uses a different API. It also might be worth noting that Sharkey is running in a different container.

I've only tested it in Mastodon, and the project is almost abandoned (although things keep working).

If it doesn't work, I'm not fixing things as I'm not using it.
