Frontend stuck at `Creating new Engine instance

Hi I am running this on Ubuntu with a 4070Ti.

The frontend docker spawn had an issue earlier but its resolved now. Now the app does start but when I try to run the "echo" demo, I get Failed to start run. Please try again.. I have attached the SS below - notice the "disconnected" status on the right.

The docker logs show the last log as Creating new Engine instance. Also attached the logs SS below.

Please advise.

Hey @pra-dan do you see anything in the frontend logs? Also did you make a file named .secret?
