Explain in README how to use pseudo webserver with hostsblock

Hello, I suggest explain in README how to use pseudo webserver with hostsblock.
Actuallly I configure hostsblock and dnsmasq to work on my Arch Linux but I can't make it work with the server (ex. recommended kwakd).

I did:

• Install kwakd from AUR
• Run kwakd
  $ systemctl starrt kwakd
$ kwakd -b
• 0.0.0.0 display blank page in Chrome Browser
• In kwakd logs I see only
  $ journalctl -u kwakd
arch systemd[1]: Started Web server serving blank html.

Ads is removed but free space doesn't disappear. ex. here.
Why?

The remaining blank space is probably built into the html of the page, which ostsblock cannot change. If you want to remove those open spaces, you may want to check out browser extensions like uBlock instead.
