Fix IGDB related entities matching

Some entities like game_collection are not being correctly mapped, which makes it's information incomplete or missing. We should fix this following the IGDB API's schema.

so yeah the thing that made me open this issue was because our "Developers" and "Publishers" section was always empty on the frontend client

turns out, uhhh
we weren't actually fetching the info correctly at all

but game_collection info is still missing so we need to look into that
