Update `readme.md` with information about banchs and libs

Add in readme:

• Information and links about Arduino and Vespa branchs;
• Information and links about necessary libraries;
• Add Arduino circuit;
• Add Vespa circuit;
• Overview of how the Vespa code works;
• Overview of how the Arduino code works;
• Put a version in Portuguese and another in English by a link to switch it;
• Put an image of the robot, one with Vespa and the another with Arduino.
